And the 12 sandwiches are equally diverse, from felafel, to grilled veggies, to Black Bean or Sweet Potato Burritos.Then there are the Salads plus an entire chapter on Tempeh, Dips from Avocado to Walnut Olive Spread, Eggplant Antipasto, Spicy Bean Dip.. I could live on just the recipes in this chapter alone.And we still haven't gotten to the main dishes, casseroles, chillies and stews, quesadillas and enchiladas, and the array of pizzas and pastas.The desserts are no less enticing from Citrus Pear Pomegranate Compote, to Coconut Fruit Popsicles, to the all time favorites of gingerbread, pumpkin cheesecake...yum!I've just skimmed the surface here. This is a mammoth amount of fun food in the making. A great buy. Highly recommended.

Everything to your hearts (or should I say stomachs content).More and more families are turning vegetarian and need good recipes that offer maximum taste and supply you with the required vitamins and minerals needed daily.Not only are you given yummy recipes to try but more importantly, you learn how to live a vegetarian lifestyle and who exactly a vegetarian is.Even if you don't want to go vegetarian, the recipes will add fun and variety to meal times.Having tried a few of the recipes here, my favorites were the pineapple stir fried rice, the chickpea almond curry and the eggplant lasagna.This e-book has your name on it if you want to avoid meat and high fat animal products to lower blood pressure, lower your blood cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of diabetes, strokes, heart disease, cancer and lose weight.
I am not a vegetarian but I probably eat about 80% of my diet like one - so am always keen to pick up new veggie recipes. There are so many things I like about this book - for one, it has recipes categorized in an interesting way, i.e. fruit dishes, biscuit dishes, granola dishes, etc. As a big breakfast lover, I found a ton of recipes I want to try, with the first being the Morning Sweet Potato. I'm also keen to try one of my favorite "down South" dishes - red beans and rice. I've been happily surprised by most of the Kindle cookbooks I've purchased, in a good way and this book is no exception. There are also several photos of the dishes - this is something I really appreciate in a cookbook.
