I have always been interested in the topic of aging. I have read everything from blue zones to ageless and Jillian knocks it out of the park with The 6 Keys. This is by far the most in depth book i've read on the subject and the program is comprehensive yet manageable. The science in the beginning of the book can seem a it overwhelming at first, but Jillian breaks it down in a way that makes it easier to understand, but most importantly the action steps are easier to follow.Jillian breaks down the plan into the following: Mind/Body, Nutrition, Exercise, Lifestyle, and Environment. I I particularly found the mind body section of the book fascinating and loved how she broke down all fad diets and explained what works, what doesn't and why.I can't tell you how the plan has taken years off my life yet, but I can tell you it's an eye opening read. Highly recommend it if you are interested in looking better and feeling better inside and out.

This book is sooooo good, it's beyond what I expected. I have read hundreds of other books but this one is UNIQUE. I will not write more, cause I don't want to spoil it for you, I will only add this book inspired me and it can change your life too. Choice is yours. Thank you Jillian Michaels.

I bought The Six Keys for a plane ride over the holidays and couldn't put it down. I've read a couple of Jillian's other books and know a lot about nutrition and health but was pleasantly surprised by the amount of cutting edge research featured in The Six Keys along with practical ways to live stronger and better. Jillian provides intelligent, safe ways to minimize the effects of aging in a voice that is honest and empowered and has fundamentally changed the way I think about getting older. Highly recommended!

Great read! Must have book for those who want to improve their lives all around! Love the way it was written, eye opener for sure. Change your life for the better and read this book!!! Thank you Jillian for all that you do!! 🙏🏻❤️

I really wanted to like this book, but it was disappointing for a few reasons. (1) Jillian claims to be the first person EVER to put together a comprehensive book about aging. She's not. In fact, a famous TV doctor wrote a book on aging many years ago. Her book is VERY similar to his. (2) If you read her book Master Your Metabolism, you don't need to read this one. A lot of it was basically copied and pasted into this book. (3) I've always admired Jillian's sense of confidence, but it seems to have evolved into full-blown ego. The book starts with her recounting a visit to a bar frequented by millenials who kept coming up to her because they couldn't believe she was in her 40s. She goes on and on about how great everyone thinks she looks. This attitude continues throughout the book and it's really annoying (4) The book could have been condensed into half the size. The second half of the book is a rehash of the first half. (5) I saw Jillian advertising this book on a talk show. She made it seem like it's really easy and inexpensive to live the lifestyle that's outlined in this book--just a few easy tweaks! That's not true. Even if you believe in the benefits of eating a purely organic diet, buying reverse osmosis water filtration systems for your home, buying a laundry list of expensive supplements, none of this is inexpensive! She is simply out of touch.

Jillian Michaels' books are well written and researched and this one is no difference. Great book and very informative, you will find this book a great addition yo your personal library.

Just got the book today and already have learned so many helpful tips for healthy aging - including drinking wine! Unlike many health and wellness books, Jillian combines her personal humor with understandable science (damn, she did A LOT of research for this one!) and great takeaways. It's not for one type of person, it's for all of us who want to live longer and age gracefully. No better time to read than over the holidays and to use her teachings for 2019. Highly recommend.

Pretty quick read. Beware, this is not a weight loss book. Its about longevity. I didnt find much that i hadn't heard abour but the book explained the concepts well. If you like Jillian's work, you will probably enjoy this as i did.
