I was hoping I'd fall in love with this book. It was okay, nothing amazing. There were some good quotes in it, but the typos and constant repetion in your writing was a turn off. There are portions of this book I look back through, so I hope you keep writing and improving.

This is the 1st of Sylvester’s books that I have ever purchased. I’m so impressed how easy it is to read, process, and apply to my life. Reading this book is closer to reading a letter from a friend who genuinely cares about you. He has done such a great job in expressing himself without trying to force a belief system down your throat. I’m so thrilled to be almost halfway through this book in only a few days, but I know I will be returning to this book countless times for reminders of the wonderful message he delivers in helping us all find “Lust For Life”!

I’ve been following Sylvester McNutt on Instagram for a while now because I’ve always loved his mindset and the way he expresses himself through his writings. Yesterday I finally purchased Lust for Life and I’m about halfway through it today. If you love wisdom, self-awareness, living a life at a higher frequency, and doing some self-reflection along the way then you’ll love this book as much as I do! It’s written in a way that you can really open it up at any spot and grab something meaningful that will relate to your life in this current moment. I sent this book to my man who is incarcerated, the book was originally for me but I felt that he needed this more. He loved this book like hell, he said that this book taught him so much and gave him so much reassurance, he said it perfectly describes everything that our whole relationship gained, he fell in love with the book. Im definitely getting one for myself as well now, as he told me that I should REALLY get one so that me and him can both be on the same level. Of all books I sent him, he loved this one the most truly.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this book changed my life. I had just suffered the loss of my boyfriend six months before finding this book, and I was beyond depressed, utterly hopeless. Within a few weeks of reading this book, I was able to get off of my couch, start hiking again, and even picked my camera back up after 10+ years of being uninspired. Lust for Life gave me the tools I needed to take hold of my life and regain the strength to start my recovery process. The only complaint I have is that I didn't find this book sooner. I wish I could have read this as a young teen. I have already book copies for a few friends and will be passing them around to anyone I know that needs it. I highly recommend this book!!

This book will personally change your life if you’re willing to open up to the ideas and except them. I’ve learned to let go of negative energies. It’s a practice to start but sometimes you don’t realize how simple life actually is. Were told it’s conplicated and we’re supposed to feel certain ways mainly through social media. But with the right mindset that this book helps set, its freeing. He teaches you to accept the environment around you but to not let it effect you. It’s definitely worth the buy and I’m going to be buying more for gifts!!

This book is incredible and this man I what I dream of finding to share life with. He just understands both prospectives of female and male point of views. I’ve been going through a tough time with my divorce and this book is helping me see what my worth is again and to not forget it. Love the quotes throughout the book reiterating what he has said to remind you the importance of it all! I can’t say enough how much this is helping me and I will definitely be reading all of his work after this one! A must read for anyone at any point in their lives, it’s truly transformative.
